We've increased grow chamber size by... a lot. Specifically, 42.14% larger (1730 cubic inches -> now 2459 cubic inches of grow space).

Timeline updates 📆
One of our product manufacturing partners has recently shared some unexpected setbacks due to the zero-covid policies overseas & other complications.
We understand this causes frustration & potential skepticism so here's what we are doing to make things right:
We've hired a full time customer support agent (tell Carissa hi if you reach out) to quickly answer questions/concerns via email or social direct messages.
We have issued nearly 200 refunds to date & will continue to honor our refund policy. Despite being in a strong financial position, keeping our word + honoring our customers is our first priority.
Nonetheless, we're looking at fulfillment closer to late-summer/early fall. We are doing everything possible to shorten this timeline - we appreciate your understanding in advance.
