Pre-Orders and Orders Made On or Before February 9th, 2024:
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to assure you that any pre-order or order made on or before February 9th, 2024, is fully refundable. Should you decide to cancel your pre-order or order within this timeframe, we will process your refund promptly and without hesitation. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.

Pre-Order Sales After February 9th, 2024:
While we strive for transparency and fairness, we kindly request your understanding that all pre-order sales made after February 9th, 2024, are final up until the Terrashroom device is in your hands, in which, if there is any damage or manufacturer defect, please see the section below. Rest assured, our decision stems from our dedication to delivering your Terrashroom device in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that you can start growing your own mushrooms and benefiting from their power and wonder as soon as possible.

Pre-Order Sales After Nov 1st, 2024:
We made a promise to our earliest pre-order customers that we would fulfill their orders first-in first out, this means that earlier pre-orders are shipped with the highest priority. Currently, we are producing Terrashroom units as fast as possible, but this also means that with each container we are catching up to the earliest pre-orders first. If you order after November 1st, our same refund policy applies: all sales of Terrashroom devices are final until the device is delivered in-hand. If your address changes please contact us so we can make sure itβs up to date before shipping.
Product Manufacturing Defects:
In our pursuit of excellence, we meticulously oversee the manufacturing process of every Terrashroom unit. However, in the unlikely event that you encounter any manufacturing defects upon receiving your device, we are here to assist you. Your satisfaction with our product is non-negotiable.
Therefore, any manufacturing defects or damage during shipping will be addressed with the utmost care and urgency on a case-by-case basis. Our dedicated customer support team stands ready to assist you in resolving any issues promptly, ensuring that your Terrashroom device functions flawlessly as intended.
Please remember that this refund policy is designed to serve you better and is subject to change only when absolutely necessary. We pledge to keep you informed of any updates or modifications promptly and transparently.
If your Terrashroom arrives damaged upon delivery (BOX OR THE TERRASHROOM UNIT ITSELF - does NOT apply if your Terrashroom was lost in transit or never delivered) you have ten days to inform us. This is a requirement of our shipping partner we must abide by.
We offer a cursory 90 day warranty - this means 90 days from confirmation of delivery. This includes any attribute of the Terrashroom that physically malfunctions during operation. This could include fans, lights, power electronics or the atomizer. This DOES NOT cover cosmetic damage to the dome or any internal plastic components that are structurally required for the base Terrashroom assembly. NOTE: if this damage was caused by dropping or modifying the Terrashroom the warranty will be voided. NOTE: If the packaging for the hepa filters is not removed (this is how they are shipped from the factory) the warranty is also voided.
